- Adams 12 Five Star School District 29
GROUND has completed over 150 school projects within the Denver Metropolitan area
including numerous Adams Twelve Five Star School District 29 projects. GROUND's
ongoing relationship with Adams 12 Five Star School District has included many different
elementary, middle and high school projects consisting of additions, new building
complexes and remodels. We have provided geotechnical engineering, materials testing,
special inspections and Third Party Inspections by OPS Inspectors on infrastructure,
outdoor sports complexes, swimming facilities, and educational buildings. We have
served the District in support of the construction and design for the Adams 12 Elementary
School No. 32, Malley Elementary School, Leroy Drive Elementary School, Wyco Elementary
School, Aspen Middle Schools and the District Aquatic Center.

- Red Rocks Ministries
The project located in Morrison, Colorado includes a 69,200 square foot multi-level
church facility, a 54,600 square foot multi-level school facility and a 3,000 square
foot maintenance building, associated infrastructure, and several acres of asphalt paved
parking. Due to the project site’s location within the Dipping Bedrock Overlay District
of Jefferson County, specific geologic and geotechnical recommendations to address
this area as well as expansive soils and bedrock were required.

- Mesa State College
GROUND has provided geotechnical engineering and materials testing services on several
projects on the Mesa State Campus in Grand Junction, CO including the Soccer Stadium/Parking
Garage, Saunders Fieldhouse Renovations and Expansion, New Classroom Building, Campus
Services Building, Student Services Building, Wubben Hall Campbell College Center
and the CM/ME Renovation. Engineering services included subsurface investigations,
soils recommendations and foundation design parameters. During construction GROUND
provided testing services that included reinforcing steel, soil, concrete, masonry
and OPS required building inspections.

- Eagle County School District
GROUND has provided geotechnical engineering and materials testing services on several
projects in the Eagle County School District in Eagle County, CO including Battle
Mountain High School, Eagle Valley High School, Eagle Valley Middle School Addition,
the Eagle Valley High School Stadium Renovation, Eagle Valley Schools Administrative
Building, Red Hill Elementary, June Creek Elementary, and Red Canyon High School.
Engineering services included subsurface investigations, soils recommendations and
foundation design parameters. During construction GROUND provided testing services
that included soils, concrete and masonry, as well as reinforcing steel observations
and OPS required building inspections.

- Thompson School District
GROUND has provided geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, and
third party building inspection services on a variety of projects for the Thompson
School District. We have completed services on additions and renovations on existing
school sites and for newly developed school sites. Our project experience includes
providing services for the following schools: Coyote Ridge Elementary School, Lucille
Irwin Elementary School, Mountain View High School, Kincaid Elementary School, and
Ferguson High School.

- University of Colorado Denver - Fitzsimons
GROUND has provided geotechnical engineering and pavement design, construction materials
testing, special inspections and Third Party Inspections by OPS inspectors for many
premier projects at the University of Colorado Denver Fitzsimons campus. The building
projects have utilized a variety of foundation designs including heavily loaded
spread footings and deep, drilled pier foundations. We have completed both infrastructure
and building projects at the University of Colorado Denver Fitzsimons campus including
the Barbara Davis Center, the Leprino Medical Office Building and Parking Garage,
the Facilities Building and Complex, the Fitzsimons Campus Library, the Pharmaceutical
and Pharmacy Building, and the University Physicians Buildings I and II.

- Colorado State University
GROUND has provided geotechnical engineering and construction materials and special
inspection services on various projects for CSU. Services have been provided at
the main campus in Fort Collins, the Foothills Campus in Fort Collins, and in Nunn,
Colorado. Project experience includes, but is not limited to the following: Recreation
Center Expansion, Lake Street Parking Garage, Shortgrass Steppe Research and Interpretation
Center, Braiden Dining Hall Addition, Biomass Facility at Foothills Campus, and
the Institute for Teaching and Learning.

- East Grand County School District
GROUND has provided geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, and
third party building inspection services on a variety of projects for the East Grand
County School District. We have completed services on additions and renovations
on existing school sites, and for newly developed school sites. Our project experience
includes providing services for the following schools: Middle Park High School,
East Grand Middle School, Fraser Valley Elementary, Granby Elementary, Indian Peaks.
