GROUND's use of resilient modulus testing
can save you money on your pavement thickness and subgrade preparation. GROUND is the only commercial laboratory in the State of Colorado that provides
resilient modulus testing. All pavement designs are based on the resilient modulus of the supporting subgrade soils. Most pavement engineers obtain the
resilient modulus used for design by performing other, less accurate test methods, and use correlations to obtain the resilient modulus. Using a GCTS Resilient
Modulus/Triaxial Testing Machine, GROUND is capable of performing resilient modulus testing for asphalt and soil, including cohesive granular and treated soils.
