• Thorough review of Baseline Schedules and Verify Construction Schedule
• Review, Analyze and Monitor Project Baseline and Progress Schedules
• Develop and Review Change Orders and RFIs
• Review, Track and Distribute Submittals and RFI’s to Appropriate Project Personnel for Efficient Resolutions
• Review and Respond to Contractor’s Requests For Information (RFI’s), submittals, Change Orders, Claims and other Correspondence
• Coordinate Permits and Inspections
• Monitor Compliance with all Environmental Requirements and Permits Including Performing Stormwater Inspections
• Monitor Contract Compliance (EEO, OJT & DBE)
• Observation of Traffic Control and Project Safety
• Assure Project is Completed According to Plans and Specifications in a Timely Manner
• Assure Proper Documentation and Inspection of Construction Activities and Materials to Verify Compliance with Plans and Contract Specifications
• Assure Proper Evaluation of Work, Quantity Tracking on a daily basis and Pay Application Generation
• Monitor the Overall Project Financial Status / Budget
• Punch Listing and Project Closeout
